Spelt & Sprouted Wheat Bread
Our May Bread Special! This bread is a mix of organic stone ground whole grain spelt from Anita’s Organic Mill in B.C. and sprouted heritage park wheat grown and milled locally by Ron Bokenfohr in Morinville. Whole grain spelt has many health benefits, and combined with the sprouted park wheat, this bread has a mild, slightly sweet, and nutty flavour. Available Fridays and Saturdays in May.
