Coffee lovers rejoice! Our pastry team has created a coffee bean infused dessert that will keep you smiling all day long. Using Fratello Godfather Espresso Coffee Beans, this cake is made with a delicious coffee sponge cake, a coffee bean infused coffee cremeux, pecan praline, and a whipped mocha ganache.
It’s elegant, it’s light, it’s not too sweet…dare we say, it’s a perfect coffee dessert.

Coffee Creme: 35% Cream, Coffee Beans, Bovine Gelatin, White Chocolate.
Coffee Cremeux: Milk, 35% Cream, 40% Couverture, Butter, Egg Yolk, Coffee Beans, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Bovine Gelatin.
Pastry Cream: Milk, Whipping Cream, Egg Yolk, Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Mascarpone, White Flour, Pastry Cream Powder, Cocoa Butter, Bovine Gelatin Powder, Water, Pure Vanilla Extract.
