Using Fratello Godfather Espresso Coffee Beans, this slice is made with a delicious coffee sponge cake, a coffee bean infused coffee cremeux, pecan praline, and a whipped mocha ganache.

Pecan Praline: Pecans, Sugar, Vanilla Extract.
Coffee Creme: 35% Cream, Coffee Beans, Gelatin, White Chocolate.
Coffee Cremeux: Milk, 35% Cream, 40% Couverture, Butter, Egg Yolk, Coffee Beans, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Gelatin.
Pastry Cream: Milk, Whipping Cream, Egg Yolk, Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Mascarpone, White Flour, Pastry Cream Powder, Cocoa Butter, Gelatin Powder, Water, Pure Vanilla Extract.
Vanilla Buttercream: Butter, Water, Castor Sugar, Egg Whites, Vanilla.
