The heritage pan loaf is a partial fermentation loaf made with 50% organic whole grain heritage wheat and 50% organic white flour. It has the same flour composition as our Heritage Sourdough but the shorter fermentation gives it a milder tang.

This bread is a healthy choice because the natural leavening process pre-digests the sugars, lowering the glycemic index of the loaf so it won’t spike your blood sugar.

Water, Stone Ground Organic Heritage Park Wheat Flour, Organic White Flour, Organic Sour (Organic White Flour, Water), Sea Salt. Sesame Seeds on the bottom of the loaf.
