Our hummus & tzatziki recipes were developed by local in-house chef, Graham Versailles, and they’re made here every week with fresh, high quality ingredients. Serve them as a dip with pita chips and veggies, or try them in a wrap with Drift Food Truck’s Falafel Patties.
Our salsa recipe (also developed by Graham) features fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, lime juice, and cilantro, with just the right amount of heat. Perfect for your next taco night, serve it with some El Gringo Tortilla Chips.
