We’re looking for someone who is reliable and detail-oriented to help ensure smooth daily operations and maintain an inviting retail space.
Our Bakery Support team plays a key role in assisting the baking team and ensuring the bakery is ready to welcome customers each morning. This position involves setting up the retail space, packing orders, and supporting the overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up the front of house (retail space) by placing bread, buns, bagels, sweet buns, and pastries on the appropriate shelves
- Operate an automatic bread slicer to prepare loaves for sale
- Pack retail and wholesale pre-orders accurately
- Package cookies and other baked goods into bags or other containers for retail sale
- Answer phone calls, take customer orders, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in both the front and back of house
Qualifications:
- Early riser with a strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to lift 20kgs
- Comfortable working with both retail and wholesale customers
- Good communication skills, including handling phone orders
- Experience in a bakery or food service environment is a plus, but not required
Hours:
- Early Morning Shifts: Start time varies between 4 AM – 7 AM
- Weekly: An average of 24-30hrs per week, Tuesday – Saturday
