Who needs Paris when you have Mille-feuille (a thousand leaves) it right here in Edmonton? Three layers of puff pastry with a vanilla custard cream filling and then topped with a caramel fondant.

Ingredients:

Puff pastry: White Flour, Unsalted Butter, Water, Salt.

Filling: Milk, Whipping Cream, Egg Yolk, Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Mascarpone, White Flour, Pastry Cream Powder, Bovine Gelatin Powder, Water, Pure Vanilla Extract.

Topping: Caramel.

Decoration: Pailleté Feuilletine.
