A fresh twist on a popular favourite, this rotating Danish will use the flavors of fresh BC and Alberta fruit and change with the season! Flavours might include: blueberry, apricot, plum, nectarine, peach, raspberry, or strawberry. We’re happy to take requests for a specific topping (leave a note in the order comments) but selection will be based on availability!

Dough: White Flour, Unsalted Butter, Water, Milk, Sugar, Yeast, Salt.
Custard: Milk, Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Hot Process Pastry Cream (Food Starch, Vegetable Gum [Carrageenan, Locust Bean], Salt, Natural Colour [Beta Carotene, Turmeric], Natural Flavour).
Topping: Varies based on availability.
