Light cream cheese flan, vanilla custard mixed through the cheese with a layer of raspberry jam underneath. The organic raspberries used for this flan are grown locally by Shady Lane Estate.

Base: White flour, unsalted butter, icing sugar, eggs, baking powder, pure vanilla extract.
Filling: Cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, whole eggs, white flour, Bavarian crème, raspberry jam.
Decoration: Donut sugar.
