Originating in the Bordeaux region of France, the canelé batter is baked in a fluted mould resulting in a custardy centre and a crunchy caramelized crust. Canelés are typically flavoured with rum but for our February special we’ve swapped in Chambord Raspberry Liqueur and filled each canelé with our house-made raspberry jam for an extra sweet twist on this French classic.

Raspberry Jam: Individual Quick Frozen (IQF) Raspberry, Raspberry Puree, Sugar, Pectin.
