Originating in the Bordeaux region of France, this pastry is baked in a fluted mould resulting in a custardy centre and a crunchy caramelized crust. We’ve given this French classic an Autumn twist with a dose of pumpkin spice and a creamy whipped pumpkin ganache.

Canelé: Milk, Sugar, Flour, Eggs, Rum, Butter, Vanilla, Pumpkin Spice (Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg).
Pumpkin Whipped Ganache: Pumpkin Puree, Heavy Cream, White Chocolate, Unsalted Butter, Glucose, Salt.
Decoration: Gum Paste.
