A Bon Ton tradition! These butterflies are made with yeast-raised dough, chock-full of poppyseed filling, and plump raisins.

Dough: Deluxe flour, pastry flour, shortening, eggs, sugar, water, salt, yeast.
Filling: Ground poppy seed, raspberry jam, sugar, raisins, canola oil, chocolate and vanilla sponge cake, rum.
