Our amazing pastry chefs are at it again! March’s pastry special is one you don’t want to miss. Starting with a sweet and crunchy pâte sucrée shell, it’s baked just right. With each bite, you’ll feel like you’re in a tropical paradise, thanks to the creamy coconut custard. On top of that, we’ve added layers of mango and passionfruit custard and coulis for a burst of fruity goodness. And to make it even better, we’ve topped it all off with whipped cream and white chocolate.

It’s available daily until Easter.

Ingredients:

Base: White Flour, Unsalted Butter, White Sugar, Whole Eggs, Almond Flour, Baking Powder.

Coconut Cream Custard: White Sugar, Whole Eggs, Almond Powder, Shredded Coconut, Cornstarch.

Mango/Passion Fruit Custard: Whole Eggs, White Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Passion Fruit Puree, Mango Puree, Lemon Juice.

Mango/Passion Fruit Coulis: Mango Puree, Passion Fruit Puree, Invert Sugar, White Sugar, Pectin.

Topping: Whipped Cream, White Chocolate, Food Coloring, 24K Gold Fleck.
