Buttercream: Unsalted butter, white sugar, egg whites, water, lemon flavor.
Lemon Curd: Butter, egg yolk, sugar, fresh lemon juice, organic lemon juice.
Glaze: Sugar, whipping cream, water, glucose syrup, bovine gelatin powder, neutral glaze, skim milk powder, non GMO canola oil, yellow food coloring.
Decoration: Almond flour, butter, sugar, egg white, icing sugar.
