This September our classic crumbly scone gets a late summer upgrade with a double helping of fresh BC peaches. This scone is filled with macerated peaches sweetened with honey and brown sugar and then topped with a house-made fresh peach jam. It’s a delicious send-off to the summer season and the bounty of fresh fruit that comes with it.

Baked fresh daily from September 2 – 30.

Ingredients:

Scone: White Flour, Sour Cream, Unsalted Butter, Whipping Cream, Fresh BC Peaches, Brown Sugar, Lemon Juice, Honey, Vanilla, Baking Powder, Salt.

Peach Jam: Fresh BC Peaches, Sugar, Pectin.

Glaze: Icing Sugar, Lemon Juice.
