Sponge: Butter, egg, deluxe flour, sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, cake flour, trimoline, baking powder, salt, vanilla, coffee.
Ganache: 64% dark chocolate, heavy cream, butter, invert sugar.
Feuilletine Coating: 64% Dark chocolate, vegetable oil, crispy wafer.
