Our July special is a blueberry explosion, baked fresh every morning. A soft, melt in your mouth cookie that’s stuffed with blueberry jam, and topped with cream cheese and a mound of fresh blueberries. A little red berry jam adds even more flavour, and a dusting of icing sugar is the perfect finishing touch.

Ingredients:
Base: White Flour, Unsalted Butter, White Sugar, Whole Eggs, Housemade Blueberry Jam (Blueberries, White Sugar, Lemon Zest, White Vinegar, Agar Agar), Baking Powder, Salt.
Cream Cheese Icing: Cream Cheese, Icing Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Orange Juice.
Topping: Fresh Blueberries, Housemade Red Fruit Jam (Blueberries, Raspberries, Blueberry Puree, Raspberry Puree, Invert Sugar, Bovine Gelatin, Pectin), Crushed Dehydrated Blueberries, Icing Sugar.
