Blue Kettle Specialty Foods Ltd. began with the idea that gourmet food doesn’t have to take a lot of time. When Blue Kettle founders Marcy and Carol set up their first booth at the St. Albert Farmer’s Market in 2000, they arrived with a few jars of salsa, pasta sauce, chili base and decades of cooking experience with the notion that gourmet meals made from natural products can be conveniently enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.
