Apricot gelée and whipped mascarpone ganache enrobed in white chocolate and decorated with delicately pressed edible flowers. Beautiful enough to hang on your tree (but we recommend enjoying it after dinner with a cup of espresso or tea)!

Mascarpone Cream: Heavy Cream, Mascarpone Cheese, White Chocolate, Bovine Gelatin.
Apricot Gelée: Apricot Puree, Passionfruit Puree, Sugar, Pectin, Citric Acid, Bovine Gelatin.
Decoration: Gumpaste Pastillage, Pressed Flowers.
