Vanilla Mille-feuille

Who needs Paris when you have Mille-feuille (a thousand leaves) it right here in Edmonton? Three layers of puff pastry with a vanilla custard cream filling and then topped with a caramel fondant.


Puff pastry: White Flour, Unsalted Butter, Water, Salt.

Filling: Milk, Sugar, Egg Yolk, Whipping Cream, Unsalted Butter, Water, Mascarpone, Cocoa Butter, White Flour, Pastry Cream Powder, Pure Vanilla Extract, Gelatin Powder.

Topping: Caramel.

Decoration: Pailleté Feuilletine.
