An edible Christmas ornament! Our pastry team is showcasing their talent again this holiday season with this Strawberry Pistachio Kugel (ball in German). It’s well balanced with both strawberry and pistachio flavours shining through. And yes, the decoration on top is edible too.
Base: White Flour, Unsalted Butter, White Sugar, Whole Eggs, Almond Flour, Baking Powder.
Strawberry Jelly: Strawberry Puree, Raspberry Puree, Strawberries, Sugar, Bovine Gelatin.
Pistachio Mousse: Whipped Cream, Milk, Cream, Pistachio Paste, Sugar, Egg Yolk.
Glaze: Sugar, Milk, Cream, Mirror Glaze, Glucose, Bovine Gelatin, Red Food Color.
Decoration: Fondant, White Chocolate.
