Seasonal Fresh Fruit Danish
A fresh twist on a popular favourite, this rotating danish will use the flavors of fresh BC and Alberta fruit and change with the season! Flavours might include: blueberry, apricot, plum, peach, pear with almonds, nectarine, cherry, raspberry, or strawberry!
Dough: Unsalted Butter, White Flour, Water, Milk, Sugar, Organic White Sour, Salt, Yeast.
Custard: Milk, Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Hot Process Pastry Cream (Food Starch, Vegetable Gum [Carrageenan, Locust Bean], Salt, Natural Colour [Beta Carotene, Turmeric], Natural Flavour).
Topping: Varies and pear comes with almonds.
