This pie is 9″ in diameter.
Storage: This pie can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days, or in the freezer in an airtight bag for 3 months. When thawing, remove the pie from the bag and allow it to thaw on the counter for several hours. Then reheat as noted below.
Reheating Instructions: Take pie out of the fridge for a couple of hours to allow it to come to room temperature. Then place it in the oven at 325 – 350F for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
