Rum & Raisin Mini Buche


The Rum & Raisin buche is layers of rich hazelnut praline mousse, with a creamy white chocolate bavarois centre.  The addition of rum soaked raisins and caramel brulee give a subtle warmth of flavour that plays off the rich chocolate.  The buche is coated with a delicate dark chocolate glaze and sits on a delightfully crunchy chocolate almond biscuit.
