Holiday Fruitcake

A new twist on the British-style fruit cake. These lovely rounds are full of glace and dried fruit that are gloriously flavoured with our signature rum and holiday spice mix. We start by soaking dried fruit in two varieties of dark rum for three weeks before baking. Then the finished cake is soaked again in a rich rum mixture before it’s ready for your table. This nut-free cake is a great addition to your holiday spread, or thoughtful gift for your closest friends! (May contain trace nut allergens due to tree nuts within the facility)
