Salted Caramel Cream Mousse: Whipping Cream, Callabout Caramilia Chocolate, 64% Dark Chocolate, Sea Salt.
Praline Cocotine: Feuilletine, Callabout Caramilia Chocolate, Praline Paste.
Caramel Glaze: White Sugar, Whipping Cream, 64% Dark Chocolate, Water, Bovine Gelatin, Cornstarch.
Decoration: Truffle (Valrhona Manjari 64% Dark Chocolate, Whipping Cream, Caramelized Hazelnuts), Dark Chocolate Wrapping, Hazelnut Pieces.
