Pastry Cream: Milk, Whipping Cream, Egg Yolk, Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Mascarpone, White Flour, Pastry Cream Powder, Bovine Gelatin Powder, Water, Pure Vanilla Extract.
Filling: Strawberries, Rum, Icing Sugar.
Vanilla Buttercream: Unsalted Butter, Water, Castor Sugar, Egg Whites, Vanilla Paste.
Topping: Fresh Strawberries and Raspberries.
