This dessert is for the pastry connoisseur.  Atop a disc of our new chocolate tart shell sits a luxurious Valrhona chocolate mousse.  With notes of Valrhona Caramelia chocolate and a glossy miroir glaze, it is the ultimate chocolate experience, wonderfully rich and silky.


Caramel Cream: Milk, caramel chocolate, cream, egg yolk, sugar, invert sugar.
Chocolate Cream: Whipping cream, 64% Manjari chocolate, milk, cream, egg yolk, sugar, invert sugar.
Base: White flour, butter, icing sugar, eggs, almond powder, cocoa powder, salt.
Decoration: Chocolate glaze, dark chocolate.
