Dough: White Flour, Water, Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Yeast, Unsalted Butter, Salt, Hot Process Pastry Cream (Food Starch, Vegetable Gum [Carrageenan, Locust Bean], Salt, Natural Colour [Beta Carotene, Turmeric], Natural Flavour), Cardamom Powder.

Topping: Rock Sugar, Crushed Cardamom Seeds, Apricot Glaze (Sugar, Water, Corn Syrup [Contains Sulphites], Concentrated Apricot Puree, Natural and Artificial Flavour, Pectin, Citric Acid, Sodium Alginate, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Citrate, Canola Oil, Mono- and Diglycerides, Oleoresin Paprika).
