This loaf begins with a natural sour culture and we add 70% Gold Forest Grains Organic Rye, Organic White Flour, Organic Heritage Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour, Organic Sesame, Organic Sunflower, Organic Flax, Organic Pumpkin Seeds and a dash of sea salt. This loaf is packed full of nutrition and a couple of slices for breakfast is how you should start every day. Baked Wednesday thru Saturday.
